These days, I write about how many “normal” experiences are actually rooted in trauma, in an attempt to educate people as to why they should become clients of mine, while also giving expression to things I’m genuinely interested in. You can read about them on the Optimize Consciousness Blog.
Eventually · a book
Eventually I’m going to write a book. I’ve been keeping detailed notes for the last 6 years, which, until recently, have been a massive, mostly horrible experience of ego death and existential dread that has somehow led to me becoming someone I genuinely love and admire, doing things in the world that feel deeply meaningful. My life feels like a Hero’s Journey, and at this writing, I am in the 11th of 12 stages, Resurrection. What will happen next?!
